All TFC memberships allow for 3x suspension periods in any 12 month period of up to 4 weeks each time. You are not charged for suspensions within these time periods. If you are in a contract term the suspended period is added to the end of your contract term for fulfilment of contract.

I understand that if I have a membership payment due within 48 hours of my suspension request dates, this payment may still be charged, and that this can not be undone or returned. I understand that throughout my suspension dates I can not access the gym, but that I can contact TFC anytime to lift my suspension. If my suspension dates are longer than the 4 weeks permitted, TFC will only grant the first 4 weeks requested unless by prior arrangement. I will be notified when my suspension is applied and notified when it lifts.
